Squeezed in between an existing building and a fence, this 10 x 30m warehouse is installed on concrete parking, grass and has even been specially made to fit over a footpath and raised kerbs.
Vehicle access at the front is through a sliding 4.2 x 4.1m corrugated steel door next to a secure personnel door. The roof is single-skin, fire resistant (DIN 4102/B1, M2) PVC with an internal layer of PE sheets that collect and channel condensation away from the building contents.
The 4.3 m high walls are made from vertical corrugated sheet steel that are sealed to the floor with galvanized steel edging and Compriband.
Our aluminium extrusion frame is anchored to the various surfaces using anchor plates and ground spikes. Steel wire ropes and cross beams between the eaves provide additional stability to the building which is designed to support snow loads up to 88kg/m² and wind loads of up to 0.5kN/m².
