For one of our customers, we supplied a modern, robust and versatile round-arched marquee measuring 20 x 30m.
This marquee is ideal for a wide range of applications and offers a comfortable indoor climate thanks to its insulated walls. The vertically mounted insulated wall panels provide excellent thermal insulation and a modern appearance. They are complemented by ISO panels as door surrounds and skylights.
With this custom-made tent, we have created a flexible and durable solution that meets all customer requirements. The curved arch roof and gable triangles are made of translucent PVC that creates a bright atmosphere inside the tent.
For the floor, a stable substructure of rail beams with matching carpet pad profiles and connectors ensures a secure base. The main structure of the marquee is made from anodized aluminium profiles with steel connections at the ridge for maximum stability.
The whole marquee is secured to the ground with anchor plates without the use of pegs. Additional stability is supplied by fixed bracing with straps, steel bracing tubes, portals, locking poles, purlin forks and three elevator ropes.
All materials used comply with the flame-retardant standards in accordance with DIN 4102/B1.
A test book has been compiled to guarantee compliance with all safety and quality standards.
