Wall Cladding
The walls of our insulated buildings are built from foam-filled sandwich panels as standard.
Sandwich Panels
Our sandwich panels provide a high degree of insulation and are low-maintenance. They consist of two outer steel panels surrounding a polyurethane foam or mineral wool core. These sandwich panels can significantly reduce the energy consumption required to heat the building’s interior. Additionally, our sandwich panels absorb sound well and also provide noticeable sound insulation.

Sandwich Panels
The remarkable properties of the HR-Structures sandwich panels can also be used for roof cladding in addition to wall cladding. Our sandwich elements are available in different material thicknesses and suitable insulation values. We can provide a wide variety of exterior colors.
PVC Thermal Roofing
Whenever single-layer tarpaulins in the roof are no longer sufficient, PVC thermal roof cladding is the best solution to avoid condensation and provide a high degree of insulation. The two-layer roof and gable cladding, produced using membrane technology, has a heat-insulating effect and prevents condensation on the underside of the roof.
The PVC roofing consists of two sheets bonded around the edges which are filled with air to provide insulation and protection against condensation. The PVC sheeting is flame-retardant according to DIN4102-B1 and can be supplied translucent or opaque in a range of colors.
Anchoring
For maximum stability, our industrial buildings can be with ground pegs or dowels.
Ground Pegs
Using ground pegs is the most common and cost-effective way of anchoring a canopy. They can secure a canopy to a wide variety of substrates without any problems. To ensure optimum fastening, the surface layer, base layer and frost protection layer of the ground should total at least 80cm.
Dowels
If the substrate of the canopy is not suitable for fastening with ground pegs, we recommend installation with heavy-duty dowels. Anchoring a building with dowels always requires a concrete or strip foundation, which must be poured in advance.
