Providing extra storage and warehousing space on site, this small, insulated clearspan warehouse is installed on a concrete base. It has a 4 x 4m sectional door at one end with a personnel door next to it. The sectional door is electrically operated and is supplied with dead man switch and manual hand crank.
There are three pane, aluminum framed, double glazed windows down each side . These let in lots of daylight and have turn-tilt fittings for ventilation in warmer months.
The building is constructed with insulated 80mm thick sandwich panel wall sections and insulated 80/120mm thick sandwich panel roof to help keep it warmer during winter months.
The roof and walls are mounted onto an aluminum frame which is anchored to the concrete floor with anchoring plates and dowels. Steel wires and beams between the eaves provide additional stability and strength.
Galvanized rain gutters with downpipes on both sides of the warehouse effectively drain rainwater from the roof.
The exterior of the building is a modern mid-grey colour (RAL 9006).
