This structure is a custom-build with an unusual pent roof. It is used for cleaning and valeting of rental cars in preparation for their next hire.
As one of our special projects the building is 14 m x 8.5 m with 4 m high walls. White insulated sandwich panels form the roof and walls and give the building it's smart appearance and thermal efficiency.
There are four 3.5 m wide insulated electric roller doors for vehicle access and an emergency exit door with added security.
Equipped for all weather conditions, the building has galvanized rain gutters and it is strong enough to bear ground snow loads of 65 kg/m² and an additional 20 kg/m² on the roof.
