The building frame is constructed from anodized aluminum extrusions and steel connectors. The frame is anchored to the existing uneven concrete yard with dowels and ground anchors through anchor plates.
Extra strength comes from steel cable bracing and support beams installed between the eaves. The building is tested to a snow load of 88kg/m² and wind speed loads of up to 0.5kN/m².
Inside the building, operators are kept warm in Winter thanks to a double layer insulated roof that's made from flame-retardant PVC (DIN4102/B1, M2). The roof gables are single layer industrial PVC which match the roof color. Rainwater is drained off the roof through an external galvanized steel gutter system.
The building’s side walls are steel and finished at the base with steel edging to make a weatherproof seal. At the front of the warehouse, an insulated electric roller shutter door is 4.2 x 3.5m and the single-leaf emergency exit personnel door is 1 x 2m.
