This 20 m wide and 60 m long industrial building is used to store and prepare automobiles for specialist use. Its impressive 1,200 m² of floor space provides a customized storage facility with a turntable for photographing automobiles and an inspection bay.
The warehouse has an insulated roof made from air-filled double layer sections made of fire-retardant PVC. The walls are 40 mm thick sandwich panels made of PU insulating foam in corrugated steel sheets. The bottom of the walls are sealed using steel edging.
Securely anchored to an existing concrete base with anchor plates and ground anchors the building’s aluminum frame and steel connectors rate it for 0.5 kN/m² wind load and 50 kg/m² snow load.
Four electric roller shutters allow automobiles to be processed through the building quickly.
Galvanized rain gutters with down-pipes along the long sides of the building drain rainwater away from the structure.
