Consumer dispute resolution/universal arbitration board

We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

In accordance with Section 7, Para 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible for our content on these pages pursuant to the general laws. However, in accordance with Section 8 through 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as service providers we are not responsible to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or enquire after circumstances that suggest illegal activities.

Obligations with respect to deleting or blocking the use of information according to general laws shall not be affected by this. However, any liability in this respect is only possible from the date of when we become aware of a specific rights violation. Once we obtain knowledge of corresponding infringements, we will immediately remove these contents.
