Sandwich elements for roof cladding
The remarkable properties of HR-Structures sandwich elements can also be used for roof cladding in addition to wall cladding. Our sandwich elements are available in different material thicknesses and suitable insulation values. We can provide a wide range of exterior colours.
Sandwich elements
Our sandwich elements are characterised by their heat-insulating and low-maintenance properties. They consist of two outer shells made of steel and a foam core made of polyisocyanurate (PIR) or mineral wool and thus provide excellent insulating properties. Sandwich elements can significantly reduce the amount of energy required to heat the industrial building. As a positive side effect, appropriate noise protection is generated at the same time.
Thermo roof cover
Whenever single-layer covers in the roof are no longer sufficient, but no complex insulation measures are desired, the Thermo roof cover from HR-Structures is the best solution to prevent condensation and condensation water in your cold building. The two-layer roof and gable covering produced using membrane technology has a heat-insulating effect and helps to prevent condensation on the underside of the roof cover.
It consists of two shells that are filled with air and thus provide additional insulation and protection against condensation. The DIN 4102-B1 flame-retardant cover is both translucent and opaque and is available in different colours.
Anchoring
For maximum stability, HR-Structures canopies are optionally equipped with ground stakes, rawl bolts or chemical anchors.
Stakes
Anchoring by means of ground stakes is the most common and cheapest variant for fastening the roofing. It can be installed on a wide variety of substrates without any problems. To ensure optimal fastening, the top layer, base layer and frost protection layer of the ground should be at least 80 cm in total.
Rawl bolts or chemical anchors
If the substrate of the roofing is not suitable for fastening with ground stakes, we at HR-Structures recommend mounting with heavy-duty rawl bolts. The fastening of the rawl bolts or chemical anchors always requires a concrete or strip foundation, which must be poured in advance. Our team will be happy to advise you on the dimensions of the foundation.

What materials are used for walls and roofs in insulated buildings?
HR-Structures insulated buildings are characterized by their heat-insulating and low-maintenance sandwich elements. These consist of two steel outer shells embedding a foam core made of polyurethane or mineral wool. The smart design significantly reduces the amount of energy required for heating in your insulated lightweight building. Equally beneficial is the resulting noise protection.
We cover our modern, insulated buildings with sandwich elements or a thermoplane, as you wish. The remarkable properties of HR-Structures sandwich elements are also used for the roof cladding of our insulated buildings. We use different material thicknesses and insulation values. With different exterior colors, your insulated lightweight hall scores with a visually sophisticated and representative design.
If single-layer tarpaulins in the roof are not sufficient, but you do not want any costly insulation measures, thermal roof tarpaulins from HR-Structures offer the optimal solution for your insulated building. Due to the clever membrane technology, the two-layer roof and gable covering prevents condensation on the underside of the roof tarpaulin and at the same time has a heat-insulating effect. Thermo roof tarpaulin consists of two shells filled with air, which again increases insulation and protection against condensation. Our tarpaulins for insulated buildings are flame retardant according to DIN4102-B1, opaque and available in different colors for an individual design.
How to fix an insulated shed?
Depending on the ground conditions, we anchor insulated buildings with ground nails or heavy-duty dowels. Our structural engineers get an exact picture of the conditions on your site in advance and decide on a reliable fastening method based on this. Most soils are well suited for ground nails, which also have a lucrative price. For anchoring, the subsoil must bring a top layer, base layer and frost protection layer of at least 80 cm together.
If the requirements for your insulated commercial hall are not met, we use heavy-duty dowels. It is important to know that a concrete or strip foundation is necessary for anchoring by means of dowels. What materials are used for insulated buildings?
PVC tarpaulin for insulated buildings
Tarpaulins made of industrial PVC are extremely durable and can be used for many years, depending on the load. In addition to quick installation, quick replacement or repair is also possible in case of damage.
Aluminum & steel parts for insulated buildings
The main elements of the scaffolding are made of extruded aluminum profiles in accordance with currently valid standards and statics. The galvanized steel parts have corrosion protection.
